I love how the girl is pulling the umbrella so as to cover her better. This is a lovely, romantic painting- guess there isn't anything like a young couple taking a walk on a rainy afternoon!!

Especially the lighting is what strikes me most in the picture. The soft shades of blue and brown in hair and clothing rounds up the whole atmosphere of a rainy day. The characters' skin is painted with lots of patience and care and it seems you really dedicated a lot of time on details such as the freckles. The effect, that the skin looks so smooth in contrast to the clothes, which have a little harder shading is well done! Also the blurred backgroundes is very well done, as this is what it comes to when it rains xD
My personal favourite point would be the hands in the umbrella area
Some points I though are worth mentioning.
First there is the rain on the umbrella. It's not a big thing but normally, the raindrops falling on an object splash away a little to the sides, which of course gives a kind of mist around the top of the umbrella as you drew, but also little - do you say flyaways in this context? - drops of water bouncing away.
Second there is her hand, which is in itself well drawn but if she's supposed to grab the umbrella edge it should be turned farther to the inner side, so the spectator doesn't see the palm of the hand but rather the backside. In this position it seems a little hard to hold on to something
As last point there would be that characters' facial expression. I cannot quite make out what they are actually thinking. He seems to be dreaming along whereas she has an expression inbetween smiling but being uneasy at the same time. Maybe it's due to the eyebrow on the right which is covered.. But in general I'd say that it might turn out even nice if they had a close connection to each other, be it eye contact or just the same direction they are looking at. This way they somehow seem unconnected, even though they go arm in arm.
